Processing Journey of Licorice Roots:
The journey of licorice roots begins with their careful harvest after a four-year cultivation period. These raw roots are meticulously collected from licorice plants flourishing in the northwestern part of Uzbekistan. Once cleaned, the licorice roots are carefully dried to preserve their medicinal properties and flavor.
